These terms apply to the REMEMBER marketing website and early-access list. Separate terms will be required for the released REMEMBER app.
Using the website
You may use this website to learn about REMEMBER, contact us and join the early-access list. Please do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, try to gain unauthorised access, or submit information that you do not have the right to provide.
Early access
Joining the list expresses interest; it does not create an account, guarantee access, promise a release date or reserve any paid plan or price. Product features and availability may change as REMEMBER is developed. We will not use false scarcity or ask you to pay through this website without clear, separate terms.
Product information
The site describes an iPhone app that is still being prepared for release. Screens and feature descriptions communicate the intended product direction but may change before launch. REMEMBER is a personal archive tool; it does not provide pastoral, theological, medical, legal or other professional advice, and it does not claim to speak for God.
Intellectual property
The REMEMBER name, visual presentation, site copy, product screens and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view the site for personal, non-commercial use but may not reproduce or exploit its materials without permission, except where the law allows.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided on an “as available” basis and may occasionally be interrupted or contain errors. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. The appropriate governing law, business entity details and any jurisdiction-specific consumer wording require owner and legal review before broad public launch.
