This notice explains the information used by the REMEMBER marketing website and early-access list. The future REMEMBER app will have a separate, product-specific privacy notice before public release.
The marketing website and early-access list
If you join the early-access list, REMEMBER collects the email address you submit. We may also store limited signup context such as the page where you joined, campaign parameters included in the link you followed, and the referring page. This helps us understand how people find REMEMBER without collecting journal or spiritual content.
We use this information to manage the early-access list and send relevant launch or availability updates. Joining the list does not create a REMEMBER account. We do not ask for prayers, journal entries, religious beliefs or other app content through this website.
Where early-access information is handled
The website is prepared for hosting by Vercel, and early-access records are prepared for storage in Supabase. Those providers process information on REMEMBER’s behalf to host the site and keep the list. We do not sell early-access email addresses or use them to build advertising profiles.
Analytics
The site records a small set of product-level events, such as which sections were reached and whether an early-access form was opened or submitted. It does not send email addresses, prayers, journal content or product writing to analytics.
Where analytics are enabled, they are provided by Plausible Analytics, which is privacy-focused, does not use cookies, and does not collect or store personal data or track people across websites. No analytics provider is loaded in local development or preview environments. If the provider changes, this notice will be updated before that change goes live.
Retention and your choices
Early-access information should be kept only while it is needed to manage launch communications and related records. You can ask to access, correct or delete the information connected with your email address, or ask not to receive further updates, by contacting hello@tryremember.app. Any rights available under applicable privacy law remain unaffected.
The future REMEMBER app
REMEMBER is being built as a private archive. Current product direction is private by default, with data protected in transit and at rest by the services that handle it, clear controls for export and deletion, and an explanation when a feature uses AI processing. REMEMBER is not claiming end-to-end encryption.
The app will handle different and potentially sensitive information from this website. Its final privacy notice must describe the released app’s actual data flows, processors, retention, account controls and AI features. This website notice does not replace that review.
Security and changes
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the information handled by this site. No online service can promise absolute security. We may update this notice when the site, product or providers change, and will revise the date shown below.
